About Me

Hello, my good people! My name is Liz Tafadzwa
(Tah-fah-zzz-wah). I am a senior in college studying Communication with a minor in New Media Studies
and I absolutely love it. I am in my mid-twenties and I am enjoying what this season of my life is teaching me. I genuinely love God and studying his word and knowing him personally changed my life forever. I’m a previous culinary arts dropout and worked a couple of
unfulfilling jobs before I discovered my God-given purpose. I have a burden to see people heal, find freedom, discover their God-given
purpose and live authentic lives through speaking and writing. I want to see
you well. When I’m not posting here, I’m doing my own work to be well, reading, writing, in class, developing some creative project, or recording an episode for my podcast. I thrive on large doses of alone time and solo walks because much of what God has called me to do demands constant pouring out of everything he deposits inside of me. I love people and what they teach me, but I gravitate toward those who value depth in conversations.

I’m so happy you landed here. My hope is
that with each post you read, you are left feeling inspired and equipped to become holistically well so you can not only discover your purpose but thrive in it. You matter and deserve to be well too.
